Consignment with Calli Preloved
Step by step instructions about our consignment process

Step 1
Find some time to dedicate to have a wardrobe tidy up and refresh. If you find the idea of this overwhelming or you simply don't know where to start, check out our Sustainability Blog where you'll find a treasure trove of tips and tricks for creating your dream capsule wardrobe.

Step 2
Review our Client Agreement (Terms & Conditions of the service). This is opened as a pop-up document so ensure your device doesn't block it. Having trouble? Email us at hello@callipreloved.co.nz and request a copy. *When you book your appointment, you'll be asked if you agree to this and answering yes will make the agreement legally binding so please make sure you review it thoroughly.

Step 3
Select 10 pieces for your consignment drop, ensuring each item is freshly laundered and not in need of any repairs. We suggest checking seams and buttons carefully. Make an appointment to bring your items into the store using our booking calendar. *if no available appointments appear, check again in a couple of weeks as we occasionally need to pause drops due to high stock levels.

Step 5
Attend your drop off appointment at Calli Preloved where the staff will quickly assess each piece. *Our system doesn't send reminders and missed appointments will have to be rebooked through our booking calendar for the next available date. Our bookings can get booked out up to two months in advanced so please be careful not to miss your appointment.

Step 6
You'll receive an email from Consign Cloud (our consignment service software) which will let you know we have accepted the items. This will also give you access to your Client Portal which holds all your consignment information. It can take a few weeks before items reach the store floor, however their expiry date won't commence until they are on the racks. *Consignors - if you've missed the portal link, you can find it here

Step 7
Once your items are out on the store floor, their expiry date begins. When items are sold, you'll receive an email notifying you. Your account balance will be settled at the beginning of each month via direct debit. If they remain unsold after 3 months, these will be reduced by 30% or returned to the seller.

Step 8
Sellers have two weeks from notification to collect their expired unsold items. Uncollected items will become forfeited to Calli Preloved as stated in the Client Agreement. Clients can book more than one drop at any time. Questions? Get in touch!
